Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious rooms that allowed easy movement and seating comfortably. However, noise disturbances affected our stay, leading us to cut it short. We encountered issues with the towels being worn out. Despite intending to stay for three nights, we left after two, and we will explore other options for our next visit.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious for maneuverability with a wheelchair, but we were disturbed by loud noises during the night and the hand towels were in poor condition. The staff was friendly and helpful, but check-in had some issues with a faulty credit machine. The location, although close to the airport, needs some improvements, especially with the furniture. The dining experience was good, but not suitable for gluten-free diets. Overall, it was an okay stay, but we might consider other options next time.
The hotel had some disappointing aspects like rooms in disrepair with wall damage and stained chairs, and a view of a nearby gray wall that wasn't ideal. However, the service was friendly, and we were able to switch rooms quickly. The location was convenient close to the airport despite needing some furniture upgrades. The dining experience had limited options for gluten-free diets but offered a breakfast choice with a $10 voucher. The facilities need improvements but the staff was welcoming. Value for money was average considering the price.
